I highly recommend working with Modern Art Construction Management. Zak is wonderful to work with. He listened to what I envisioned (large deck in the backyard with 2 sets of stairs), was very knowledgeable, and communicated promptly. I also greatly appreciated his artistic eye and detail-oriented nature - Zak clearly cares about the quality of the work.
